See how easy it is to #GetYour5?! It’s not all about eating an apple, a banana, some carrot sticks, celery and half a mango (although that would be fine too!). There are plenty of other ways to eat a portion of fruit or veg. Incorporating portions into your daily diet, such as making a pasta sauce using tomato puree or having a glass of orange juice every morning, soon decreases the number of portions you have to get through during your day.
Plus, it’s super affordable! We’ve only featured a few examples of ways to eat portions of fruit and veg, but there are loads more out there. It doesn’t matter where you shop, with 5 portions of fruit and veg costing less than £1 per day it’s simple to add them to your trolley.
